Domaine Jean-Claude Ramonet
The white wines of Ramonet Winery each have their own unique expressions. In addition to the minerality, the wine also has a bit of cigarette smoke. The wine is thick and powerful, with full acidity and excellent aging potential. In terms of brewing, in addition to using vines, in order to ensure the quality of the grapes, stainless steel barrels are first used for fermentation and then moved to oak barrels for cultivation. The proportion of new barrels is about 30%, and 100% new barrels are used in the Grand Cru.
